I would give the seller and the product 5 stars if......I needed a cheap laptop because I wouldn't put it in ideal conditions as I would be using it to run my AUTOMOTIVE SCANNING software. The laptop arrived and was packaged super, when i opened the box the contents were again packaged well and out came a laptop that looked brand new no scratches no signs of wear on the keys, thing looks like it has never been used. well here it is the honeymoon ends, I hit the power button and the Dell boot screen takes much longer than expected and then immediately tells me there is a problem and I need to restart it. After 5 reboots I go into the DELL BIOS and find that the BOOT -Sequence is set to Floppy and USB and no HDD.. Really??? So I set HDD as 1st boot device and think my problems are over.... Computer boots and reboots again.. ... I go into the BIOS and dig a little deeper to find that the SATA port is set to RAID... who is running in a LAPTOP raid??? I change the setting again, this time the computer boots into Windows and starts the WINDOWS 10 setup.again you would think I'm free at home.... After the windows setup is complete I open an internet window and I'm greeted with the first internet splash screen from Microsoft then opens suddenly a second tab and the computer starts beeping and i yelled at myself, this tab has a dialog saying all my files will be deleted in XXX seconds and the countdown started. My new one supposedly reformatted with a real windows 10 Computer has MALWARE ON IT... are kidding me... I download MALWAREBYTES and scan it only to find not one but TWO PUP files on the hard drive which I immediately deleted. And then the battery died after only 2 hours drained.... At this point the computer is running fine and exceeded my expectations but I will reload windows 10. I will never get those 2 hours of my life back, who the heck did the quality control on this thing, I think ABSOLUTELY NOBODY....
