Be VERY careful before you buy this lest you get frustrated, bothered and disappointed like I am. I just bought this yesterday and had it overnight. I was so excited! Thought I had the diamond pattern case (which was shown in the picture they finally took off, b/c it was wrong) the Dell Inspiron N4030-223B3D."B" for black "3D" for 3D pattern on the shell case. I received one INSTEAD another random black Dell with a shiny top that has fingerprints all over it. The bottom just says "Dell Inspiron N4030". Very generic. I don't know what's inside without turning it on. It looks cheap and basic. I know don't know if it has dual-core Pentium and all the other good stuff in what I thought I'd buy, or if it's a discontinued Walmart special for high school kids that these mom and Pop Computers have picked up third party vendors for resale .So bye bye sending the case back. I bought it from a third party, not that Oliver guy, but still Amazon is fulfilling these orders so they may have sent the wrong item as well so beware the buyer overall! And Amazon, make the actual item better represented in pictures you sell. Do not buy this without first contacting the 3rd party unless you don't care which one they send you I guess. Update: I returned mine to the other 3rd party and sent THREE emails to this Oliver seller asking if he sold the one listed at the top of this page so I was able to buy it instead.After waiting 4 days , he can't bother writing back to let me know so it's very dodgy all over the place. I think Oliver and Sunshine should list in their personal item description what the shell case they are selling looks like to make sure sure you're getting the right list here. Most likely they're selling this cheaper one from the Microsoft Store that comes in a brown box, which is just a super basic N4030 Dell Inspirion and NOT the nicer, more feature-rich N4030-223B3D. Amazon really has the ball drop into the sale of this item.Basically, if you email the seller before you want to buy to confirm Assuming that this is in fact the same laptop they are promoting here and it doesn't email/return you back then don't buy it from that seller the way I don't mean that Oliver guy now I'm giving business because he can't be professional enough to return an email. I finally found it on ebay and bought it there. Keep up the good work Amazon and 3rd parties! Nice customer service.
