Lenovo locks the mouse pad and scrolls down by itself

I understand that the TouchPad has problems after updating the system. Procedures have been performed without success. To solve this problem, I recommend you to follow the guidelines below. Important: at the end of each method, check if the problem has been solved .If it persists, go to the next. Method 1If you have one or more antivirus programs installed, I recommend uninstalling them from the Control Panel Programs and Features icon, or temporarily disabling them from the antivirus settings themselves. Note: Many antivirus programs have their own removal tool. See for more information on the website of the installed software.Your system will not be unprotected because Windows has its own security system, which activates it automatically as soon as the computer restarts.Method 2SFC, DISM and CHKDSK. Use Windows tool to fix disks, files and images1.Press Ctrl+Shift+ESC, click File;2.Click Run new task;3.Check the option Create this task with administrative privileges;4 .In the open box, type cmd and then click OK;5.Run the following commands line by line followed by Enter:sfc /scannowdism /online /cleanup-image /CheckHealthdism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthchkdsk / f /r /bTo schedule a disk check, confirm with the S key and press Enter and restart the device.Method 3Create a new user account and check the behavior.1.Press Windows keys + R;2.Type control userpasswords2 and press ok;3.Click Add option;4.Select Don't sign in to a Microsoft account option;5.Choose a name and password for this profile and then go to de n next steps; 6. After the new profile is created, return to the User Accounts screen, click on your user and then click Properties. Select the Group Membership tab; 7. Mark the profile as Administrator and click Ok ;8.Sign in with the new account. If the problem is solved, copy the files from the old account and paste them into the new account (Go to File Explorer > This Computer > C: > Users > user folder). After migrating your data, delete your previous user: As Windows, press +R keys, type netplwiz and click OK.Select your previous user and click Remove.Method 4Restore PC1.Press Windows+ I to open the settings window;2.Select Update and Security;3.Select Recovery;4.Under PC Recovery, click Start Now. Method 5 Follow the steps below to undo the last update.
