Dolphin Warranty Policy:
Before purchasing any product from Dolphin.com.bd (Dolphin Computers & Daffodil Computers), it is important to read the warranty policy below. Selling a product means that the buyer has made the purchase in accordance with the terms below has.The product warranty associated with a purchase is called "Manufacturer's Warranty". This means that the manufacturer or brand is responsible for the warranty issues. Each of the brands have different warranty terms which are clearly mentioned on their respective websites. In this case, Dolphin. com.bd only responsible for selling the products to customers and helping manufacturers to implement the warranty conditions.
Terms and Conditions:
All products do not come with a warranty. The warranty applies only to products purchased with a warranty for a specific period of time listed on the Dolphin.com.bd (Dolphin Computers & Daffodil Computers) invoice or invoice.
In the case of the lifetime product guarantee, this remains valid as long as the manufacturer continues to produce the respective product. If the manufacturer discontinues production, the guarantee remains valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Under the warranty policy, Dolphin.com.bd (Dolphin.computers & Daffodil Computers) will, at its sole discretion, repair any defective product within the warranty period.
In the case of an irreparable product, it will be replaced with another product of the same model.
In case of unavailability of a product of the same model, the product will be replaced with an equivalent product of another brand available at Dolphin.com.bd.
Dolphin.com.bd will offer a product with better specifications if an equivalent product is not available.
The customer receives the refund in case of irreparability and unavailability of products.
"Dolphin.com.bd" assumes no responsibility for loss of data or software during the service period. The same applies to loss of data or software by the user. In this case, Dolphin.com.bd is not responsible for the recovery or reinstallation of data or software responsible.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, water, free fall and fire. The warranty is void if the customer opens the product himself and tries to open it.
It is not always possible to give a specific time frame for the repair of a product covered by warranty. It can be repaired within 4/5 days or it may take a little longer. Because in some cases Dolphin.com.bd (Dolphin Computers & Daffodil Computers ) import the necessary parts or machinery for the repair services, which can take up to 45 days.
Services such as system setup or adjustment of the operating system during or after purchase are not subject to any warranty.
"Dolphin.com.bd" does not apply any passwords or security codes when delivering laptop, desktop or other products. The customer must take full responsibility for the BIOS password of laptop, desktop or other devices. It is not covered by the warranty covered.
Lenovo Laptop 2 Year Warranty is a promotional offer from Lenovo Bangladesh. Under the campaign, Lenovo customers can get a 2-year warranty by registering on the Lenovo website. In this case, the customer needs to visit buyalenovo.com and complete the web registration within of 7 days from the date of purchase.After successful registration, the customer will receive a confirmation certificate that ensures the warranty for the second year.Without a registration certificate, Dolphin.com.bd will not accept the warranty claim for the second year.
"Dolphin.com.bd", in consultation with the customer, sets the fees for all services not covered by the warranty.
Cartridge, toner, head, roller, drum, element cover, ribbon and other equipment are not under warranty.
Refilling/using ink, cartridge or toner cartridge that is not recommended by the manufacturer will void the printer warranty.
Fungus or rust on the motherboard, graphics card, and RAM will void the warranty for that part or device.
The warranty does not cover graphics cards used for data mining.
A monitor or display with one to three dots is not eligible for warranty. A customer may qualify for warranty if there are four or more dots.
The warranty does not apply to motherboards and processors with one or more partially or completely damaged pins.
If the product's serial number/sticker is partially or completely removed or damaged, the warranty will no longer be valid.
In case of damage to the mouse or keyboard purchased as a combo, the entire package with other accessories must be presented during the warranty claim. The keyboard or mouse cannot be claimed separately under warranty.
For photocopiers:
o Free installation (only within Dhaka);
o 1 year service guarantee (customer pays for parts if needed);
o the product does not come with a replacement guarantee;
o The customer bears the transportation costs for all service-related problems.
If the user writes something on the product with permanent ink, the warranty will be void.
For Huawei tablets, customers are asked to claim the warranty along with the box and warranty card at the Huawei Service Center.
For JBL products, the customer is asked to claim the warranty with the box.
Cables and converters supplied with a product are not guaranteed.
The warranty does not cover damage to cables supplied with a product, regardless of a valid product warranty.
Power supplies for printers, scanners, routers, switches, access points, TV cards and similar products are not subject to any guarantee.
In the case of service guarantee, the customer is responsible for picking up parts when needed. If the parts are available in the market, the customer can make an advance payment to Dolphin.com.bd and pick up the needed parts with Dolphin's help.
During or after the manufacturer's warranty period,
Dolphin will not be held responsible for any problems, old or new, discovered during the free hardware or software tuning services within or after the manufacturer's warranty period.
In the case of Apple Mac Book, installing another operating system (dual boot) and deleting MacOS will void the product's warranty.
